Default What range do you give villains who call a raise from the blinds

Here's a common situation for me. A passive player open limps and I isolate. A significant portion of the time, a tightish blind calls the raise (for the sake of argument, let's call him a 20/10 player).

Who has a starting range for that cool-caller in the blind? Does your range differ depending on whether he's in the SB or BB?

To be clear, I'm asking what you put villain on to begin with, not what we should all be calling raises with. Also, I'd like to keep this with only a single limper, and a single caller out of the blinds (i.e., if the SB calls, then BB's range will be much wider). Thanks.
