Default line is probably c/r/c.

Preflop is fine with a poster IMO.

The river is checked behind almost never so its c/r or c/c IMO. Its not like you have the nuts here. I think its safe to assume villain has 8x or maybe even JJ. But its impossible to guess how many 8x hands he calls preflop. Dunno I think I just wuss out and c/c cuz he is unknown.
