Default I have AK, line check

Villain is a pretty big nit, 14/12/3 over about 100 hands, his cold call preflop is probably a small pocket pair or some type of sooted connector which hits this flop pretty hard.

What does everyone think of all streets?

You should take out his river action, but i think that its a good card to bluff at. The only AK he has here is AKs or a float.

Overall though, i hate preflop. I just fold. I think SC's are a bit optimistic, i think this is 99+.

Preflop is a standard squeeze play no? I think he folds eights and the like enough for your river bluff to be profitable.

Squeeze pf is fine imo. IP I would call more often, but OOP 3betting is propably better.
I don't really like the cbet without following up on the turn. Do you think he folds 99?
River is fine obv and I would be pretty surprised if he called (didnt see the action).

nits don't like to fold 77-JJ on a total turn blank when they decide to call the flop with it

Don't like a shove on turn. I like this shove, I think it would be marginal leaning towards bad on a blank river.

My opinion of it is higher on an Ace river, because we could have AJs, AQ, and AK then.
