It's pretty hypocritical for Bud to turn his nose up now, because he was at the very least complicit in the Steroid Era.
But it's also true that Bonds doesn't deserve the pomp and circumstance of someone who legitimately broke the record. He doesn't deserve to have Aaron and the MLB commissioner to congratulate him. |

[/ QUOTE ] I don't know if you're questioning reality on a philosophical sense, but Barry Bonds has caused the departure of ~753 from major league stadiums in his career. Steroids or not I'll still count it in my mind. |
