Top pair weak kicker facing raise on river

I wasn't too sure about how to play this hand at any point. If anyone can give advice or criticism on any street it would be appreciated.
Villain has been at the table for a while and hasn't done anything crazy. Hero has been playing very TAG.

I never have any idea in these BB hands with limpers preflop. Check-fold turn IMO. Definitely fold river.

I don't hate the turn bet, but the river is awful.

A four-straight is on board and the board is so wet, I doubt UTG does this with a busted flush draw, so you are never good here. check/fold river. It's only top pair.

You really overplayed your hand.

Against 4 opponents I`m likely to bet/fold this flop and might easily get away from my hand if I get one or more callers and the action proceeds on the turn.
I lead the flop in order to take the pot down, if it doesn`t work - well, you have not yet invested much of your chips =&gt; at least think about folding!

I like the turn bet but I probably c/f river. If the river was a complete blank then I probably c/c it, let a whiffed draw try to take a stab at it.
