I have been to Ruth Chris and The Palm. I want to have a food taster try the Longhorn, so I know if it sucks before I spend my winnings on it.

It looks attractive from driving by it, although I expect it to be disappointing compared to the other two. Tell me it ain't so...

This isn't the Longhorn CHAIN of steakhouses, is it? The place that used to cover the floors with peanut shells?

Don't know if its a chain. I was driving from the Borg down to my place by the Hilton along Atlantic. Its just looked bright and interesting. Anyone here actually taste the steak?

It is the Longhorn chain. Its just an average steakhouse...nothing compared to Ruth's Chris or Mortons in both price and quality. I actually prefer Bobby Flay's in the Borgata. Don't waste your time at Longhorn!

Longhorn Steakhouse is the pits - I've been very unimpressed every time I've eaten at one, and yes it is a nationwide chain.

Sheesh. Longhorn the chain is just a low-priced chain steakhouse. You'll pay about 25% for a steak and tater there compared to Ruth's Chris or Morton's, and it'll be about half as good. YGWYPF
