Default strange spot in EPT online tournament

mods: pls move to MTT strategy/high stakes MTT pls, ty.

comments on this hands pls.

This hand is from one of those EPT online tournaments 215$ buyin:
On the turn i thought about checking behind but instead decided to bet again and possibly stick it in on the river.
Now my opponents bets out allin after i missed, something i was i really surprised by.The pot is offering me 2.6:1 which is obv hugh, but I don`t really think someone would bluff on this board and my "toptop" hand is nothing more than a bluffcatcher. Also note that T9 hit, although I`m not sure if it`s in his range.

reads on villain: in the first lvl he RR an UTG raiser with JJ and they got the rest of the 125BB in on a 555 flop, so he obv is willing to gamble/play big pots.

I think checking behind on the turn is way better, I mean what does he fold on the turn that is beating you?

I'd like a turn check, as he could bluff the river. His river bet screams a bluff. CALL

i like the turn bet, i can't figure out what this guy has but it kinda looks like an airball really.....with that board anything strong throws in a c/r or some kind of lead at some point i think.
