Default 3-way pot, all-in player pairs door on 4th (stud hi)

Played a pot recently on Full Tilt where this situation came up:

Player with very short stack ends up all in on 3rd in a 3-way pot. The all-in player pairs his door card on 4th. Even though the player with the paired door is no longer active in the hand, the other 2 players still have the option to make a double bet.

Just wondering if this is standard for a double bet to still be an option even when the actual player that causes it is all-in. Or is it a situation FTP overlooked?

I don't think I've ever seen it, but I'm guessing that that's the norm.
