half the programs i open it asks me whether i want to open this program or not...it's really annoying how do i turn this off?

i'm there but it doesn't seem like i can edit the settings. i am the administer fwiw.

anyone know how to deal with this?? every time i open firefox it asks me "a program needs my permission" it's really annoying..

Better than turning UAC off entirely (which gives you a different kind of warning from Windows warning you that the UAC is off), try:
