Like I said before, two hands really isn't enough to have a read IMO. Especially because there is a huge difference between the two hands you posted.

This isn't nearly as bad as everyone else is saying. Devin basically hit it on the head two hands isn't enough to determine how wide he is pushing and if KT is +EV against his shoving range you can wait for better spots.
