Zero markup is kinda part of the deal when you're dealing with something such as this and you're posting on a high profile forum like 2p2.

I appreciate the effort of getting something like this online so people can order them.

wow, thanks for trying to financially capitalize on me personally losing 30k

ikes- correct me if I'm wrong- but you weren't concerned enough to withdraw even after it was apparent you were likely cheated right?

so it's okay for you to keep making money but not someone else?

edit: note- I think it should be zero markup myself- but not for your reasons. I just found it hypocritical.

1.) I withdrew a very significant part of my bankroll after the accusations came out
2.) I didn't take advantage off anyone else situation, I ground out hands to make my money back

ikes- I really have no opinion on you continuing to play there nor when you should or shouldn't cash out.
I think that's up to each individual's discretion.
And I can understand the motivation to win some back.

I just thought it was a really bad argument against a markup. That's all.

Here's a good argument for not buying them: this dude is trying to sell other peoples designs for a profit while the actual designers are figuring out how to sell better versions of the same thing on better materials for no markup right here.

Oh well, I guess I just wasted my time last night then.

After thinking about it, I regret going about this the way I did, and I wish I could have just deleted the thread last night. I should have just made it zero markup from the start, and maybe just append a note for people that appreciated the work to ship a buck or two to my Stars account or something. That way, nobody feels exploited, and there wouldn't be the same kind of sour taste that everyone ended up with.

Oh well, live and learn.

That seems to imply that conversely, I was taking advantage of people. I mean, do you really feel that you were taken advantage of because I wanted to mark it up a buck? It's kind of funny how threads of people asking for donations because they went busto is kosher, but me adding a token amount to something I spent a few hours working on, strictly for this forum, isn't.
