Default NL 50 Betting less on turn?

No reads on villain.
Should i bet less on turn to lure him into the pot and induce a bluff?

My goal would have been to get his stack in by the river if he has AQ or some worse ace. 12 is a bit strong, I might have tried 9-10 and then push the river, but who knows if this would have made any difference really.

I think I might have bet slightly more on the flop. It's dry, but I want to start building a pot and if he has AQ he'd be hard pressed to fold for 5 say.

I can't see checking here to induce a bluff from lower pocket pairs unless you were pretty sure that's what he has and he would bluff with it.

Turn bet is fine, but bet more on the flop. There are a lot of players who will call a flop bet, but fold when the second barrel is fired. If they have something, they'll stick around...if they're calling with nothing, chances are if they'd call a half pot bet, they'd call something larger. (Others may have had different experience).

I would make flop bet to 5$. As played, 10 on the turn.
