I can easily see why this works. Personally, when there's a short stack at my table, I will just gamble and call him with anything a lot of times.

yea I tried this for during the last couple days of party. Sit down at the 3-4 handed super aggressive games = easy money.

i tried out shortstacking for like 10k hands or something somewhere around 6 months ago, buying in for 400 or whatever at 10-20. 1k hands means zilch. i think in the end i was like 2.5 ptbb or something kinda meh. i also had a 15k downswing. buying in for 400. and i still made money. so.. i duno, something to chew on.. i decided it was more +ev to full stack, and i would actually be able to get beter at this deep stack poker thing. take my thoughts for what they are worth. holla
