Default TP oop turn nut FD how do you play it?

This guy is 73/40 over a decent amount of hands. I called oop because I figured I was beating hthe majority of his range. I c/c the flop because its a wa/wb situation. The turn I go for the check raise because I think I actually have the best hand and want to take it down there, is this spewy or bad? Any comments onto other lines I could have taken? thanks.

I kinda like a 3 bet PF as well, hes coming along for hte ride, might as well begin his flogging.

You NEED to raise that flop. And more on the turn. And bet the river.
