FTP deducts a lot of stuff from your MGR, so it is probably just some kind of bonus or a withdrawal fee.

FTP deducts everything so yes, it's possible.

What did you do today/yesterday? Withdraw? MTT with overlay? You made something that cost FTP money.

It sux, but as it's only 2 bucks it doesn't seem to be a big issue.
Depends on for what they charge it.

It is 100% possible to generate negative rake on Full Tilt Poker. FTP is notorious for deducting all sorts of fees including bonuses, transaction costs, etc from MGR / rakeback payments. Rakebrain is a big and trusted rakeback site; they aren't putting the screws to you.
