It all starts with self-respect.

If we demonstrate that we're ready to accept crap, we'll find plenty of crap peddlers ready and willing to satisfy our demand. If we insist that our providers respect us as customers, we'll have more choices at the PokerStars caliber.

There are some clear conclusions that become more and more obvious every time one of these new threads develops.

1. Don't transfer or trade anything with anyone you do not know, it's a shame but unfortunately there are some very dishonest people. If you do and you get duped, don't complain about it

2. Full Tilt's customer service needs major improvement. In these cases it's not really the amount of money that is relevant; it's the feeling of helplessness that kills people. FTP need a customer service phone number. Nothing makes a customer (and this is what every player is) feel more hung out to dry than sending multiple emails and having no reply for days. Even to speak to someone so they can acknowledge receipt of your email if slightly more satisfying than wondering if your email ever even arrived.

There aren't many other industries that could treat their revenue paying customers the way some poker sites do and get away with it. I'm not suggesting the FT employees are not working hard or trying to do their best to make things right, it's simply the structure of correspondence between them and us that is very poor.

I started to write up a response to this, but found that it wasn't worth it. Almost every sentence contains two or three unfounded assumptions and/or instances of bad logic. And the others are grammatically indecipherable.

Just as always with your english lessons. For someone who is supposed to have such a unique knowledge of the english language your abilty at communicating and understanding others is very limited. How very difficult it must be for you in this world when you can't understand anyone that doesn't talk or write perfectly.
