What about bet/fold on the turn? If he is someone who doesn't bluff much, then this may be the way to go.

Its close, but I think this is a call. Your hand is underrepped and your getting almost 3:1. Considering your reads on villian's preflop play and him probably viewing you as 3 betting light, I would assume he could value bet with a lesser hand.
