That would likely be a Windows setting or perhaps inside of a program like TweakUI.

Good luck resizing a deck of PNG's (transparencies) with Paint (doesnt support transparencies).
If you want the deck it is available at the PSThemeshop. I am giving 2+2'ers - 2 for the price of 1 (or better [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] ). Full Tilt by Fozzy Register there, then send me a PM telling me you are from 2+2, and what items you want. PhattyLiver2-Gray  PhattyLiver3-Gray

Well - The minimun transfer on FTP is $5, so that makes it kinda tough for me to sell you a single item for half price.
