Default +/- EV of this call?

I've been going at it heads up with this guy for a while, and it recently became 3 handed. I've got him at 29/22 (6 handed) over a decent sample. I would categorize him as bad SLAG, and we've been more or less going to war.

I think I beat his range here, and although its high variance, I like the call. A friend of mine disagreed.
Thoughts?

I kinda forgot to mention that this guy hasn't folded once to any of my pf 3 bets. FD, smaller ace, or 77ish hand and AA once a year.

Honestly, what's this guy push here like this that has me crushed?

Also, I feel that a fd or ace high makes up a very significant percentage of his range.

A2-3-4-5-j-q-k all have you crushed as does any pocket pair, your only hope is he has a low flush draw or a-7-9?

Or complete air. With this guy I can rule out AQ/AK, and he doesn't play a straight this way. A4 and A5 are possiblities that I overlooked.
