Default Pretty standard turn spot

Villain may be a little fishy, but don't know anything about him except that hes 29/11/2 over 70 hands.

What do you do on the turn? And river plan?

Fold preflop?
Flop is fine.
Bet out turn. Check/Calling is weak, especially with your added outs.
River is standard.
