Fairly confused on this river spot

I think it's very close between raise or call. He might call a raise with Kx thinking we'll chop. However, there is a decent chance he has a T here as well. I decided to minraise. Thoughts?

what range of hands do you think he bet/calls the river with?

any K, sometimes a Q, everything that beats us. but he bet half pot on the river, his range isnt strong at all and we're ahead like always.
