Tough decision. I'm worried about the UTG player. It looks like you are deep in the tourney, so I would assume he's not an idiot. If the CO has been re-stealing, I have to think he's noticed and might be setting something up. If UTG is strong, you are probably behind.

But, looking at it this way -

If UTG is serious and calls you are getting 2:1 on your investment. The only other problem is that one (or both) of your opponents may be sitting on your remaining As or Qs, so it may weaken you against the other.

If UTG folds, you are likely ahead of CO, but just getting 1:1 odds, so you NEED to be ahead to make this a positive play. And if he happened to wake up and get a hand this time you could be in trouble.

Winning the pot gives you a nice stack, but you already have one. I say let them fight it out and wait for a better spot to get your chips in.

Of course, I'm a newbie around here, so what do I know? Feel free to comment if I'm way off base.
