Default transitioning from poker to socializing

I'm starting to be able to control my emotions really well for poker to where I don't get upset at all during bad beats. However I'm having trouble transitioning from full control mode into socializing with non-poker people. My mind won't loosen up and be more smooth like I used to be. Any suggestions or similar experiences? thanks.

Ive gone through this. Don't have any suggestions. If you play poker a lot its hard to change your mind set. Eventually your emotionless in your whole life. If anyone has any suggestions besides quit playing poker please post

I recommend after poker, watching something funny. Could be a movie, youtube vid or whatever. Seems to loosen me up. Don't hold back from literally laughing out loud
