Default Mid set with 33; could this be a fold?

villan seems fairly tight, like 14/8/2 over 76 hands. Kind of suspicious how he checks flop then raises turn.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $304.70
Hero (BB): $121.25
UTG: $20.00
MP: $207.40
CO: $73.35
BTN: $114.50

UTG posts $1.00
Preflop: Hero is dealt 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG checks, <font color="red">MP raises to $5.00</font>, 2 folds, SB calls $4.50, Hero calls $4.00, UTG folds

Flop: ($16) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP checks

Turn: ($16) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $11.50</font>, Hero calls $11.50, <font color="red">MP raises to $45.00</font>, SB folds, Hero ??

re-raise all in and curse the gods if he has JJ. if you fold this every time, you lose in the long run.

Flop check is ok. Board is dry and villain probably cbets in position here a lot.
I raise on the turn though.

As played, raise. Villain could easily have AA-KK.

Checking flop with AA-KK, then reraising a bet and a call on a dry board? Why? Don't forget villain is a nit, he prolly cold calls AA-KK on the turn.
