Default How\'s this processor?

AMD Turion™ 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-56 (1MB/1.8GHz)

This is for a poker/school laptop. I have a desktop to be my workhorse, so I don't need a lot of power. Just be running PT/PAHUD/poker site.

That'll do fine for your needs. Make sure you have a decent amount of RAM (at least 512, but preferably 1GB).

At least 1 GB RAM is a must for those purposes.

ok, so I'm going with a C2D processor instead.

Which of these seems best for value and my situation(I'm only going to be playing poker on this in the library and when I travel).

Also, for the video card, do you guys know if either of these vid cards has 2 outputs (so I can plug into my friends' pair of 20" monitors when I travel).
