If youre playing against someone who is a super nitty abc player then maybe you can narrow his range down to the point where MAYBE you could fold here and I stress maybe. Other then that, I dont think its possible imo, especially at these limits where even normal looking villains do the most random [censored] sometimes.

A blocker bet is a value bet, just a weak one.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that. Many villains at this level choose to check/call just about any bet with trips w/ bad kicker

if he had a flush he played it about as badly as it can be played. not only did he not play any street correctly, but he made a small bet on the river that didn't even justify any implied odds to play it. this is why I'm happy calling that bet like every time.

how about the percentage of time a villian at .2BB even knows what a blocking bet is.

You don't have to know what a blocking bet is to do one. They, for me, were always just something I knew about that I later learned the name of.
