Preflop I raise to $2.50. On the flop I bet 3/4 pot. But since this flop is so dry, and you are being raised and c/r, I think at least one of them (BB) has a set (maybe 2 pair if they are bad). The other one is probably holding one of your outs. I fold.

what about CO??

I would bet more on flop and fold to that flop action. There are no draws and its no way TPTK is any good in this situation.

This is a snap fold. I dont think I call this even if CO did flat though. The board is so dry so you cant use the logic that one of them are drawing, or even that one of them are trying to protect.

Unless the bb is a total monkey, this is a fold.
Bet a little bit more on the flop.

Fold that, I think you see A9 or A2 a lot of the time.
