to clarify: i like the flop bet but not the 3bet. However, if I knew the players acting after me to be really aggressive, then I favor a flop check.

I table my running trips and the button shows 79 for the small end of the straight.

I breathe a sigh of relief that she didn't make another raise somewhere along the line.

with 5 players to the flop who love calling cold, i like your equity enough to 3-bet. some of your 8 str outs may be in your opponents'hands, but i think you have more than 20% equity on that flop.
in a 4-way pot i wouldn't do it.

Given a wild button, I think the flop line is good, especially if the people in the middle will call the additional two bets. Betting the turn is good and since nobody raises, you can safely bet the river.
