A point per completion? Dear god, what QB was available at 16?

[/ QUOTE ]

Only Manning was taken by then.

I think taking a QB early is a mistake. 1pt/completion evens out the QBs a little. The guys who went with Qbs in rounds 1-3 got stuck with at least 1 really weak RB or WR as a starter.

[/ QUOTE ]It does not even them out but boosts value of Favre by a lot so you did fine. Makes the elite qb's a lot, ALOT better than middle tier. Kitna becomes more valuable since Lions pass 75% of the time. Bulger is excellent too. If you wind up with like the 10th best QB you are screwed. What are points per pass td, pass yrd?

I start 2 WRs, 3 rbs, 1/2 pt per catch

I keep 3 guys after this year and lose draft picks where I got them.

6th pick

1- Westbrook (passed on LJ, might have been bad)
2. Edge
3. Gates
4. J Walker
5. J Lewis
6. J Norwood
7. D Branch
8. P Rivers (thought this was good value)
9. D Foster (this too)
10. M Turner
11. C Buckhalter
12 Eli (great value, not sure what I'm going to do with him tho.)
13 Greg Jennings (again good value)
14 Dallas
15 Shane Graham

I don't mind the 8th pick. I had it in a 10 team league and left with these two backs and was very content with the picks
3. James, Edgerrin ARI RB
See comments below
4. Houshmandzadeh, T.J. CIN WR
Good pick
5. Bulger, Marc, St. Louis STL
I'm not huge on Bulger, but he's a good pick here. It leaves you hurting on WRs though
6. Brown, Reggie PHI WR
7. Edwards, Braylon CLE WR
A little bit rough combo if you have to start 3 imo
8. Stallworth, Donte' NEP WR
I would have went elsewhere, who was available. I prefer someone with more upside like Santonio Holmes if he's available
9. Davis, Vernon SFO TE
10. Gostkowski, Stephen NEP PK
11. Broncos, Denver DEN Def
Both reaches imo. Get some WR depth
12. Rivers, Philip, San Diego QB
Great QB tandem
13. Betts, Ladell WAS RB
Good pickup
14. Crumpler, Alge ATL TE
15. Seahawks, Seattle SEA Def
blah blah, you can see my comments about backup TEs and Ds in plenty of other drafts I've looked at
16. Meachem, Robert NOS WR

[/ QUOTE ]

What's your league format? Flex spot? Edge is great value there in the third, but if you start 3WRs and no flex I don't think I can pass up a great WR there.

Lewis in 6th = :/

I like VY over Rivers/Manning (who should be there). Dallas Def in 11th is awful.

Overall, looks good though.

Ok, what do you guys think about this add/drop?

my team is:

romo
houshmanzadeh
braylon edwards
roy williams
santana moss
isaac bruce
reggie bush
travis henry
jamal lewis
lamont jordan
jason witten
elam
miami def

i want to pick up selvin young, he's travis henry's backup in denver. my reasoning is if henry goes down, he'll be a better option than either jordan or jamal lewis in the denver system.

i cant really ever see playing jamal lewis, even if henry when down; i would start jordan. but there are some weak rb teams in my league and he could be trade bait. worth the drop/add? is he the guy to drop if i do it?

I'd probably drop Isaac Bruce instead, unless there's some bye week stuff that means you'll need him. Even if you don't, I bet there's comparable production out there on the waiver wire.
