I've only casually flipped through this book when it was released. How is it good for "setting up a data base"? I thought it was Gates's thoughts on strategic business concepts in the tech sector.

I thought Andy Grove's Only the Paranoid Survive had interesting discussion of business inflection points. I also thought that Cusumano's Microsoft Secrets was an interesting account of Microsoft at the time of the Win95 development/release.

Anyway, how would this stuff help you in poker?
