I\'m bored and want to blow some cash...
my wife rules, help me spend some money on her.
$1k max, a watch or ruby & diamond necklace sounds fun. i have some necklace ideas, but have no taste in watches. front-runner so far ...but honestly, I'd rather get her a new watch. help me...especially you chick types [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

That's a nice necklace. While we were still dating I got my wife something similar, except it has a sapphire in the middle rather than a ruby. Personally I'd rather spend money on a nice watch but it seems most women prefer actual jewelery over fancy time-pieces.

Take her on a surprise trip somewhere to a fancy hotel for the weekend. Chicks love this stuff.
If you are dead set on jewelry, are you sure she likes rubies? What about a blue topaz and diamond pendant? They seem to be quite popular right now and I think the light blue stones are way more cool than rubies.
