106.9/L pretty much everywhere in the city. Down from the 119.9 it's been at for streches over the past while, but still way up from the standard 50-60 cents in the past.

Albuquerque, New Mexico. Prices hovering between $2.10 and $2.20, depending on what day it is.

I think it's some kind of state law. I was on an east-coast road trip and drove thru NJ. At one point I stopped for gas and started to fill it up myself and the attendant ran out to stop me. I wasn't aware of that law at the time.
