Please be aware I'm a noob and am posting here more to learn than offer sage advice

Flop - its a bit drawy, and his bet could mean anything. I would raise to 300, info and so on.

Turn - I dont understand the call here. Dude could have anything. Raise/shove depending on reads.

Fine... generally you want to define your hand at somepoint here with a re-raise... normally on the flop... however that would have been preety costly in all likelyhood in this particular spot opening you up to a re-raise which you may not have been able to call... so your 90 flop call probably won you this pot (regardless if you needed a turn suck out or not)... the 450 call on the turn is fine IMO based on the way your hand has gone thus far... but when he leads 120 on the river he basically tells you he has a counterfieted two pair of QJ (reasoning here is that if he had an 8 or better in this spot there is no way he bets this small... the turn bring a rainbow board and if you are willing to call 450 on the turn you are willing to call a bigger value bet on this river which has no effect on the hand ranges in play)... so... you should re-pop him to w/e u think he will call...
