Default Problem playing CardRunner and LeggoPoker videos. $$$

I have recently expereinced a problem streaming these videos across each respective site. The video starts up fine and plays for around 10 seconds then the video frames freeze yet the audio continues playing. This is very recent probably a week old problem. I tried to download the videos and watch and I encountered this problem. "C00D11B1". That was the error code. I have tried running off my desktop (windows vista home prof.) and off my laptop(windows xp media edition). I have rolled back my WMP11 to WMP10. Still nothing has worked. Any and all help is appreciated. Will be willing to ship some money on stars for whoever helps solve the problem. PM me or reply to this post.

Thanks,
Austin

Do you have the TSCC Codec installed?

Try this. (apparently fixes DRM issues Windows Update creates)

Someone sent me that link earlier dave, when I go there the button that I am supposed to click to upgrade is not clickable.

EDIT: NVM just upgraded it through IE instead of FF, still no worky though.

*** disclaimer *** this may be dangerous ***

Another Suggestion is to delete all the DRM licenses (and the cache) from "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM" - I think that's the correct location, but if you search for DRM in Windows you'll find it.

This will force the videos to obtain a new license, which hopefully works properly.

Other possibilities are installing various codec packs - I'm not sure how much I trust those

There is threads on leggopoker here and here

lol DRM Always works perfectly...

Then I'm pretty much out of ideas

Cardrunners FAQ has something about this, but says it points to a sound-related driver issue - I doubt that, since it is affecting both your laptop and desktop

I'd probably just watch the vids in flash for now (does Cardrunners have Flash vids?) Leggopoker's are on the way I believe.

Maybe scour their forums for "C00D11B1", see if anyone else has the problem - make a thread if not?

Best of luck,

If you find a fix please post so others may benefit in the future.

dave.
