You need to check-call to induce a bluff. A bluff is all you can beat. Straights and overpairs aren't laying down. Its too draw heavy of a board and all the draws missed.

Don't bet the flop, don't call the raise, and don't call the 3-bet.

I'd fold pre-flop.

As played, I'd play the flop and turn the same, but wouldn't bet the river. I don't think better hands fold or worse hands call. If you're determined to put a bet in, check/call so busted draws can bluff at the pot.

Donk the river fold to raise. If you check you may have to over call the button witch is a bad spot.

If you're going to play poorly postflop go ahead and fold preflop :-p.

Seriously though, just check the flop and see. I think betting in this spot makes playing the hand easier for your opponents and harder for you.

Somehow you ended up with with second pair on the river in a large 3 way pot. When I'm running/playing bad I always end up in spots like that somehow. They should be avoided.

IMO the rest of your post is just noise. Your posts (all of them, not just this one) lead me to believe you are an experienced winning player. It's time to listen to that voice: Bet
