Titan support is pretty damn useless I've found, and I myself have likely made a snaky comment here and there at the worst of times. This is incredibly shocking to hear. They have no place to do this, no matter how abusive you may have been. It's the JOB of customer service to deal with upset customers. At the worst, disable your online support link.
