Sure since that was a blank but he probably never folds the As or AT or something. How often is he calling 3-bets?

meh, everytime do this they have random Q that can't fold. You obviously aren't getting called by worse that often so the question is how often will he try to bluff you off your hand when checked to.

also, i think this is fine as long as you think villain folds KK/AA no spade, AQ no spade.

he isn't folding Q2 letalone kings or aces

my thinking was he seemed so aggressive that just calling the flop was either a sign of not much of a hand, a spade or some junk hand that he would fold to any more pressure, or the nuts.
With those stats calling on that board does seem a little strange, but then i guess he doesnt have much of a clue.
