Don't want to flame you too badly here.
But there's no way FT should NOT be looking into this.

Reasons #1, #2 and #4 are all pretty well known to cause big headaches for players at FT.
I have no idea why anybody would risk it by doing any of these. Much less all of them so frequently.

In this case, it seems pretty obvious that FT had good cause to be really suspicious of your activities.

If you really weren't doing anything wrong though I do suspect it will be extremely difficult for you to clear this up and get your money back.

You played on the same table with someone else from the same I.P. address. If I was the cheif of full tilt security, I would suspend your account absolutely. I would not just take your money though; I would look through every hand you guys played together for any hint of collusion. If there was, I would take your money. If not, I'd just ban you from my site and give you the money back.

The site is 100% within their rights to keep your money right now.

Default ROFLMFAO!

You know what the problems are. Why the hell are you telling us? You want sympathy from us because you didn't gamble against us on an even playing field?

I always love these posts where players know that they are in violation of their terms of service. Just the fact that you are playing on the same table viewing two hands simultaneously is basis for lockdown of your account and confiscation of your ill gotten gains.

Thanks for colluding and cheating us out of our money

Sincerely,

All the honest players.

You deserve to have your money confiscated and account closed. I am sorry.

Possible Cuase #4......I do a lot of player to player transfers. As a respectable and trusted player in our local poker community many players bring me cash to transfer them money. I've been doing this even though i know there are risks. A player i transferred too could have commited fraud causing them too suspend my account as well.

Kiss your money good-bye. Thanks for playing at Full Tilt.

I agree FTP should be looking into this

But, Other than playing at the same tables for just a few hands....I did nothing wrong that would defraud FTP or any player. Yes, they will all cause red flags...but investgations should be able to confirm and clear everything up.

Usually, I jump all over the poker site and take the player's side, but in this case I think you're in trouble. I think you listed so many reasons why red flags would be all over your account and you're definitely going to have a hard time over this. I think you have definitely put your account in jeopardy. I would like Full Tilt to confirm that if they take your $23,000, that it is dispersed some way back to the players and not kept by them.

Man, that's tough. $23,000 is a lot money to lose, but I think they have a case against you.

Why don't they....all my problens are gone if they did this...just like Party Poker did.

You try and play 10 tables and try to avoid sitting with a player who is also playing 10 tables. very hard to do. FTP just needs to fix the damn software!!!!
