Umm... I do this. Is it really that bad or is it bad in the same way that I can phrase using saran wrap as horrid?

It's happened to me from brushing my teeth before also. It may have just been that I brushed a bit too far back into my mouth and triggered an adverse reaction in my throat. Given that I brush my teeth multiple times a day every single day and I have 30k days in my life, it's not surprising that I might goof once in a while like this. I think it's pretty much a non-event. I mean, vomiting isn't really that bad.

I've gotten sick from stuff that's been in my gut just fine for a while, passing through to another part. Dunno, maybe you ate something not so good(or drank!) and it finally moseyed on down to a more sensitive section of your gut?

If it happens more, I'd wonder if you were pickling your liver.

I havent really been drinking much at all lately, maybe once or twice a week, usually just saturday nights, now that Im getting the club opened up. I dont think it was food, as there was nothing but bile and water. I have had a lot of phlegm today from allergies, that has been draining, I think thats probably what it is.

I also dont drink milk
