What's a sensible line here. Pot and call shove ? These kinds of situations seem to come up often. The only known player is the BB who is a clueless 90/30.
(Forgive me for not raising pre, multitasking error)

Anything that gets the money in the middle is fine, just pot it. If a blank heart or club comes on the turn it may be worth a check behind

You are probably up against AAXX or KKXX in the SB in which case you might be a slight underdog.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) players at PLO25 cannot let AAXX hands go. I would bet 3/4pot-fullpot the flop in order to build up a big enough pot to stack the AAXX if you hit the turn. Check behind on the turn if you miss. Hopefully someone else will come along for the ride too.

Call any push.

Like others have said, this is a hand to play for stacks. You could be in really good shape against someone with the same wrap but no pair or a lower pair and there's no hand except the very very unlikely KKQJ that has you in trouble. Bet at least 2/3 pot on the flop/call shove, bet pot on any non-board pairing turn.
