I fold because often if both of your opponents have this straight they will either have blockers to your full house or even have top two pair in addition. The other aspect is that you are not closing action. If you were closing action on this flop, you might be able to play this hand.

You're really not going to know where you are at all in this hand even if you boat up. You can fold here and sleep soundly.

or your up against a higher set. filling up here may cost you money. just pitch it the first time around on the flop.

The flop raise was definitely a bad idea. This many people in the pot you are not going to get action from any bad hands when you raise. Smooth calling flop is fine.

Bottom set on a multi way straight board is a trap hand and i would be very cautious about playing this hand at a FT. i dont think folding the flop is going to be -EV

Thanks guys, yeah the raise was such a terrible idea... my initial thought was to test and see if there was a str8 out there, but there was no reason to try and do this with bottom set. I played this hand horribly. I will remeber for future reference to just call and try to see the turn without investing too much on a lousey bottom set.
