No. Do not do this. Firstly, if you don't have a jeweler of your own (NOT Tiffany's, Zales, jared, Kings, whatever) find one now. Ask a father, cousin, uncle, boss, anyone that can get you in with a reputable jeweler.

Secondly don't buy stuff that other women are going to have, especially after seven years. This isn't high school here.

Do a weekend get-away somewhere really nice with romantic dinner, candles, rose petals, etc, to let her "see your romantic side." Sounds like it would be very appreciated.

PS I'm not usually a sucker for overpriced status symbol jewelery but that Tiffany's necklace is pretty sweet.
