Default FullTilt staking their Pro\'s

Just saw this chat from Barney Boatman

kingpoodle: ross do fulltilt pay for ur entry fees
Ross Boatman: yes I do
Ross Boatman: sorry I thought you meant on here
Ross Boatman: Yes they pay for live tournaments if
I ask them
kingpoodle: thats good
Ross Boatman: but then they get a share of any
cash I have
kingpoodle: not so ggod
Ross Boatman: Ive gotr no complaints
Ross Boatman: They look after me very well
reggiebush4mvp (Observer): so your pretty much
freerolling
Ross Boatman: yep
Ross Boatman: not here though, here nI play with
my own money

This could explain why they went to the cashout desk with matusow and how people like Layne flack used to get into tournaments while supposedly being broke.

This is actually pretty interesting on a number of levels. First, I thought that the lower full tilt pro's only got money if they were on TV. It seems to me that Ross got a sick deal considering his biggest tourney score ever is 170k and he really isn't that popular anyways. How many full tilt pro's just get money when they do well compared to a staking deal where they have to give back a percentage of the profits. Do different pro's have different percetages that they get? Who determines this? Also, correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the biggest guys like Ivey/Lindgren could just enter pretty much any tourney that will be televised for free and not have to give any money back if they win.
