Default 6.50: Bubble w/ AK after very strange limp from good player

UTG limper is a solid reg, like > 10% ROI over a couple thousand. I also recognized his name from this forum but don't know anything specific about how he plays.

With that said this limp really through me off. He had been pushbotting until this hand as expected. WTF can a good player limp here?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB (t4821)
BB (t3669)
UTG (t2355)
Hero (t2655)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls t400, Hero?

he can limp hands he doesnt wanna raise with ( a raise would be a push anyway) and get away from it cheap if he meets resistance. QJs,QTs,JTs,T9s (just a guess)

I doubt there are solid players limping those hands on the bubble with < 6 BBS.

I like the shove just to find out what hand he does this with. And then put a big fat note on him.

I would say the chances are greater that he isn't as good as you think and doesn't realize limping here is bad than that he is limping a monster hand. I quickly shove and make a note if he has something huge.
