Default 25/50 Ring:Halfway hand vs Bldswtrs

I'm really angry at myself about how I played this hand. Bld's standard play on the flop after a PFRR is to bet 1k, and since he didn't here, I sensed him for weakness, as he knows I don't call his PFRR's lightly. I decided to let him hang himself and checked. When he bets the turn, I am still confident in my hand, and immediately the thought of a hand bruiser posted where on a board like 94JAJ or something, bruiser called down like 14k with 77 and won, (I think), When the river comes and he shoves , even though I fully expected it no matter what card hit, I pussed out. Sure he's capable of value betting a Jack there, but he's also capable of just muscling me,( or most anyone ) over. After this hand, I just quit my session, disgusted with myself. Give durr a pair of twos here, and maybe he beats Bld into the pot. God this hand just frustrated the hell out of me, and it may just be as simple as "he checked a very strong hand on the flop, then pounded it when you showed interest". Hands like this show me how big a gap there is between players like Bld and myself.

Flame away...

Actually, Bruiser lost the hand you cite. His opponent had AT, but the kicker didn't play.

Really hate your post-flop line based on the info given.
