In my blog i will explain how good it feels to take a piss after youve been waiting a long time... or how i was talking to a hot teacher of mine and unknowingly kept staring at her breasts. When i realized this and accually looked up at her face she had certainly noticed.

only if you could get the lines and prices I get, which means you need access to an awful lot of books

at least, it's been +ev the past two years of posting

Yea that is why I said +EV. Anyways if the leg. gets turned over I'm sure this would be easier and then maybe I will try it but prob just too hard right now.

These couldn't be included in the master sticky, to avoid having too many stickied threads?

Yeah, we currenly have 4 stickies. Two of these (the "Professional No-Limit Hold 'em: Volume I" study group and the Full Ring Championship) aren't really permanent and will eventually go away.

So that will leave us with two permanent stickies (the FAQ and the session reviews) and likely a third at any given time for special events (like the Championship or the PNL study group). A permanent sticky for blogs wouldn't be any more than we have now. Or it could go in the main sticky. It certainly looks like there's plenty of support for this, but I'll wait until Berge and diebitter have a chance to weigh in with their opinions and/or preferences before proceeding any further.

you could always just had a post to one of the stickies instead of including it in the first post, thus not increasing the stickies but keeping blogs in their subserviant position

This is just a test, this should be The_Main's blog:

<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowNetworking="all" allowScriptAccess="always" allowFullScreen="true" height="318" width="600" id="wiid_23" align="middle" data="http://downloads.thespringbox.com/web/wrapper.php?file=RSS Reader.sbw"><param name="allowNetworking" value="all" /><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="movie" value="http://downloads.thespringbox.com/web/wrapper.php?file=RSS Reader.sbw" /><param name="flashvars" value="param=http://feeds.feedburner.com/TheMainsDomain&param_style_borderColor=000000&para m_style_brandUrl=&partner_id=0" /><param name="quality" value="high" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent" /><param name="bgColor" value="0x000000" /></object><div style="font:11px/12px arial;width:600px;">Get this widget!</div>

This is really easy to do with Blogspot blogs. I think Livejournal is also possible but isn't quite as idiot proof. So let's try MT2R's Livejournal blog:

<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowNetworking="all" allowScriptAccess="always" allowFullScreen="true" height="318" width="600" id="wiid_23" align="middle" data="http://downloads.thespringbox.com/web/wrapper.php?file=RSS Reader.sbw"><param name="allowNetworking" value="all" /><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="movie" value="http://downloads.thespringbox.com/web/wrapper.php?file=RSS Reader.sbw" /><param name="flashvars" value="param=http://kellymandelbrot.livejournal.com/data/rss&param_style_borderColor=000000&param_style_bra ndUrl=&partner_id=0" /><param name="quality" value="high" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent" /><param name="bgColor" value="0x000000" /></object><div style="font:11px/12px arial;width:600px;">Get this widget!</div>

Yeh, we can def do this...

So if you have a blog (hopefully poker/gambling related to at least some degree) and you want in on this, go ahead and post your blog here and I'll collect these later. I can also set the border colour on the "windows" so if you have a preference for your blog go ahead and mention it (if you can use the HTML colour wheel and you have a specific colour I can go straight from the hex value, ie #FFFFFF). Go see how MTT Community has it laid out for details.

Yeah, I like the idea of not having to click through too many links to find them (though bookmarking the "blog post" the obvious solution there). Sticking a link in the main FAQ works. Or appending them all at the bottom of the FAQ might be an idea.

I really like how MTT Communities has it laid out, I'm really not interested in bookmarking a dozen different poker blogs but having them all laid out on one page and checking in every once in a while is really appealing.
