Default Multi limp v AKo early (4/180)

This is 3rd hand so no reads, everyone got about 1500 chips give or take...

6 (six) limpers - action to me on button with AKo

Thinking i need to get rid of a few limpers with a raise but, urgh, i dunno

People calling any bet with all kinds of no-hand leaves me struggling on a whiffed flop

I admit, I dont like putting in a big raise this early on a draw and following through when i miss.
Keep finding myself 500 down when i have to check fold the turn.

So am leaning towards a limp-along

Whats everyone else doing?

I understand if this has to be moved to the beginners forum
lol

Cheers

Default Re: Multi limp v AKo early (4/180)

stars starts 15/30 right?

if so id make it 150 or 200.. which is a bit small for the amount of limpers but i dont want to put too much in.

a limp behind isnt terrible, but id want to have more than 1 pair to go too far in the hand.

also i'd say that continuation betting would be best only if the pot turned into < 4 people, and if it was fairly uncoordinated.
