I normally call. But for this villain, I mini-raise and call shove.

hmm kinda close cuz i doubt he would call a shove with just trip aces. however, i highly doubt he has you beat because of that pussy ass river bet. I'd raise to like ~2000 and fold to a shove. He'll never 3bet you on the riv with a worse hand, and never as a bluff OR just call.

don't really know which one i like the most but i suspect math will be required

edit - 2800 maybe

This was pretty much my thinking exactly. I made it 2800, puked when he shoved for 1500 move, and folded. Yes, I realize I'm getting sick pot odds, but he'd have to be ridiculously sick to 3-bet all-in with trips. 1500 chips is still 30 BB's in a well-structure tournament.

Can't we make our decisions easier by raising the turn? If the board then pairs or a 4th heart hits on the river, check behind?

As presented, with the villain firing a third shell into this board, I just call. You might get a crying call to your river raise from an ace. But a re-raise will make you want to hurl.

Villain checked the turn, and I bet. If Villain had bet, I would have raised.

Sorry Foucault. I misread that.

I don't see how we can raise for value here. AK or AQ would cc river after cc on turn. My read would be that the villain put you on a fd and was very worried about the flush card on the turn. The river card improved him (under-full or quad aces) and now he doesn't care what you have.

This is a really weird line to take for a made flush, check calling the turn rather than c/ring. This can be a set scared that you have a made flush, makes his boat on the river and beats weak to represent trips and get raised by the flush.

I would just call
