I'm gonna give a no to this one. The first words I could think of for Borges were dense, slow, obscure, and oblique. This is not the kind of thing you want freezing your colon when you're trying to push a reluctant one out. If you weren't constipated before you read Borges, you probably will be afterward.

Most Stephen Jay Gould books tend to be in short segments. You probably can read them without inducing hemorrhoids. Fairly accessible science.

It's just a french culinary encyclopedia.

It's a must have for anyone that likes food, the format makes it pretty awesome for reading on the pooper.

Chuck Klosterman books are fantastic toilet material. Start with Sex, Drugs and Cocoa Puffs.
