Default NL25 SH Nutflush facing river minraise on paired board

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (4 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1</font>, BB calls $0.75.

Flop: ($2) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $1.25</font>, BB calls $1.25.

Turn: ($4.50) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $2</font>, Hero calls $2.

River: ($8.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $6</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $12</font>, Hero calls $6.

Villain is playing a solid 65/10/1.00 style during the session.

Which line is best here? Check/call a decent River bet? Shove it allin, or donk, avoiding a check-behind here?

I would also bet more on flop.

Why are we not getting it all in on the river? Are we really afraid of a full house?

Might be a smaller flush or even Jx, i'd consiber 3-betting the river vs this type of villian.

If he had KJ or a set, and he's solid, I'd expect him to raise that flop, so I don't know how much I'm buying a full house here.
